Everyman Esher is seeking a Sous Chef to help deliver the premium dining experience the brand is known for. You will join a fast-growing company with a people-centered culture and play a pivotal role in maintaining kitchen excellence.

As part of the management team, you will train colleagues, supervise service, and ensure top-quality food leaving the kitchen while supporting Head Chef and guest satisfaction in a busy cinema venue.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience essential, ideally in a fast-paced branded operation.
• Demonstrates leadership potential within a kitchen team.
• Strong teamwork and customer service focus are required.
• Must be adaptable and flexible to shift patterns and guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every item leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards.
• Support Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations and guest experience.
• Deputise for Head Chef when required.
• Deliver training to kitchen team joining Everyman family.
• Conduct stocktaking and inventory control.
