Job summary

MBDA is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Technical Lead to head a small middleware development team within its defensive missile systems scope. You will lead engineering, debug complex software, and collaborate with customers across land and maritime projects.

Proficiency in C/C++ and Linux, plus a track record of team leadership, are required. Hybrid on-site work with BPSS clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with C or C++ is essential.
• Strong background in software engineering.
• Experience leading a small team is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux OS is beneficial.
• Able to work in a hybrid, on-site environment.
