Job summary

Arrows is a technology consultancy that partners with scale-ups, SMEs and enterprise organisations to accelerate business value, speed, and quality of delivery. We’re looking for leaders who can guide cross-functional teams, ship and maintain web apps in fast-paced settings, and design microservices on Kubernetes/Docker-based infrastructure in the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

The role involves collaborating across client organisations and internal teams, growing alongside some genuinely excellent

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally across multiple organisations.
• Confident shipping and maintaining web applications in fast-paced settings.
• Full-stack capability with preference to frontend or backend.
• Hands-on with microservices on container-based infrastructure.
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean methodologies.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
