Job summary

Arrows is a technology consultancy looking for a senior technical lead to guide cross-functional teams and deliver robust web applications in a fast-paced setting. You will shape architectures, own microservices on container-based infrastructure, and leverage cloud platforms to drive scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates combine hands-on engineering with leadership, have strong Agile/Lean experience, and enjoy working across multiple client engagements in a growing studio environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
