Job summary

Arrows is a technology consultancy that partners with scale ups, SMEs and enterprise organisations to accelerate business value, speed and quality of delivery.

You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, ship scalable web applications, and work across stacks with Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams across multiple organisations.
• Ability to ship and maintain web applications in a fast-paced setting.
• Full-stack capability with front- or back-end strength.
• Experience building microservices on container-based infra (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
