Job summary

Arrows is a technology consultancy partnering with scale-ups, SMEs and enterprises to accelerate value, speed, and quality of delivery. You’ll lead technical teams across multiple organisations, shipping web applications in an iterative, fast-paced setting and shaping architecture for scalable microservices on containerised infrastructure.

Expect hands-on involvement with .NET/Node/Python stacks, cloud platforms, and modern front-end tech, all while upholding Agile/Lean practices within

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
