We seek a leader with proven experience guiding technical teams, shipping web applications in iterative settings, and strong full-stack capabilities. Experience with microservices on container infrastructure and cloud platforms plus Agile mindset are

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation.
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams across multiple client engagements, coordinating work across organisations.
• Ship and maintain web applications in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Operate with a full-stack mindset, with focus on either front- or back-end as needed.
• Build and manage microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Apply expertise on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to delivery efforts.
• Uphold Agile/Lean practices across projects.
