Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, with strength toward front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide technical teams on client engagements across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver value and scale within fast-moving projects.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
