Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams across multiple orgs.
• Strong track record shipping web apps in fast-paced environments.
• Full-stack comfort with emphasis on either frontend or backend.
• Hands-on experience building microservices on containerized infra.
• Solid grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver web applications and services.
• Architect and guide microservices running on Kubernetes and cloud infra.
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering culture across engagements.
• Collaborate with product, client stakeholders, and delivery managers to prioritise work.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
