Job summary

Arrows is a technology consultancy partnering with scale-ups, SMEs and enterprise organisations to accelerate business value, speed, and quality of delivery.

We’re looking for a senior engineering lead with proven experience building and shipping web apps, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering microservices on Kubernetes/Docker in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). The role involves hands-on development and guiding engineering culture across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation.
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, with a lean toward either front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Who We're Looking For
