Job summary

The role focuses on leading technical teams, shipping reliable web applications and guiding delivery in fast-paced environments, with a strong leaning toward either frontend or backend, in a cloud-native setup.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
