Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, across multiple organisations.
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced setting.
• Full-stack capability with focus on either frontend or backend.
• Experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams across multiple engagements for well-known brands.
• Deliver scalable architectures and fast, iterative software delivery.
• Grow alongside engineers on varied client projects in a consultancy setting.
• Work with modern stacks and cloud platforms to ship value.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
