Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation.
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across multiple organisations and projects.
• Ship and maintain web applications in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Balance full-stack work with a strong frontend or backend focus as needed.
• Build and scale microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Collaborate on architecture, cloud strategy, and engineering best practices.
• Drive adoption of Agile/Lean ways of working across teams.
