Job summary

Arrows is seeking a senior technical leader to drive delivery across scale-ups, SMEs and enterprise clients. You will guide cross-functional engineering teams, own architectural decisions, and ship robust web applications on container platforms.

We value hands-on, Agile-minded leaders who can work across front- or back-end domains, with strong experience in microservices and cloud ecosystems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation.
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, with a stronger lean toward either front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).

Who We're Looking For
