Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician - Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to head the in-house Clinical Team at Overton School. The role blends clinical leadership with a direct therapy caseload and requires collaboration with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

You will deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for students with complex needs, develop service improvements, and supervise a growing team within an education setting.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience with autistic individuals or complex needs.
• Ability to supervise a therapy team.
• Ability to work independently and with a growing clinical service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site clinical team and coordinate line management.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs.
• Collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to develop the school-based service.
• Support safeguarding culture and ensure high-quality clinical practice.
