Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Dibden Park School. The postholder will split between leading the team and maintaining a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils with neurodivergence and SEMH needs.

The role requires HCPC registration and a recognised degree in OT, SLT, Psychology or Psychotherapy, plus a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and a recognised Degree in OT, SALT, Psychology or Psychotherapy.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in education.
• Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the on-site clinical team and supervise staff.
• Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles.
• Collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead and contribute to service development.
