Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team at Riseley Green School in Berkshire. You will split your time between clinical leadership and maintaining a therapy caseload for students with complex autism and SEMH needs.

The role involves collaboration with the school's SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessments and interventions, supervise staff, and help develop the school-based clinical service.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered.
• Degree in OT, SLT, Psychology or Psychotherapy.
• Professional body registration (e.g., BPS).
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a child/education setting.
• Experience with autistic individuals or complex needs.
• Experience supervising a therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the in-house Clinical Team at Riseley Green.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles.
• Coordinate line management and develop the school-based clinical service with SLT and Regional Lead.
