Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to lead the in‑house Clinical Team at Barton School, Lincolnshire. The postholder will split time between clinical leadership and managing a Speech and Language Therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with autism and complex needs.

You will supervise the team, contribute to service development, and work with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to drive improved outcomes in an education setting.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required and up to date.
• Experience with autistic individuals and complex needs.
• Strong report writing and clinical governance skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop a therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house clinical team and oversee SLT service.
• Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans.
• Manage caseload and coordinate service development with leadership.
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance in education settings.
