Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School. The postholder will work with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead, splitting time between clinical leadership and maintaining a therapy caseload.

You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with autism and other neurodivergent profiles, supporting EHCP targets and helping develop the school-based clinical service while

Qualifications

Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
Registered with HCPC and maintain professional registration and membership.
Experience with autistic individuals or complex needs required.
Clear, concise report writing for clinical and research activities.
Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team.
Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School.
Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.
Coordinate line management and service development of the school-based clinical service.
Collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead and work to EHCP targets.
