Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team at Riseley Green School. The role combines clinical leadership with a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with autism, SEMH, and complex needs.

You will work with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to drive service development, ensure EHCP alignment, and maintain safeguarding standards across a multidisciplinary team in an education setting.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and current professional status.
• Recognised degree in OT, SLT, Psychology or Psychotherapy.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle.
• Experience in child/education settings; management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Riseley Green.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with neurodivergence.
• Coordinate line management of onsite clinical staff.
• Develop and lead service development of the school-based clinical service.
