Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician - Speech and Language Therapist to join Riseley Green School in Berkshire. You will lead the in-house clinical team, collaborate with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead, and deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for students with complex needs.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £50,000–£60,000 FTE dependent on experience. It is a permanent post with term-time flexibility discussed during negotiations.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, or Psychotherapy.
• Registered with a professional body and up-to-date membership where applicable.
• Experience with autistic individuals or those with complex needs preferred.
• Strong report writing skills for clinical and research activities.
• Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team.
• Ability to work independently within a growing clinical service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the in-house clinical team at Riseley Green.
• Collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
• Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with complex needs.
• Address EHCP requirements through targeted clinical practice.
• Coordinate line management and service development.
