Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician – Speech and Language Therapist to lead the Riseley Green clinical team. The role combines clinical leadership with a therapy caseload, focusing on bespoke assessments and interventions for students with autism, SEMH, and related needs.

Based at Riseley Green, Berkshire, the role requires HCPC registration, relevant degree(s), and a driving licence. The company offers a range of benefits and supports professional development.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration with valid professional status.
• Degree in OT, SLT, psychology or psychotherapy.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in leading a therapy team and reporting on clinical matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house clinical team at Riseley Green and collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs.
• Coordinate line management and develop the clinical school-based service.
