Job summary

Outcomes First Group (OFG) is seeking a Lead Clinician to head our in-house clinical team at Riseley Green, delivering bespoke assessments and interventions for students with autism and SEMH within an educational setting.

You will collaborate with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead, supervise staff, and contribute to EHCP plans while enjoying a supportive, flexible rewards package and comprehensive safeguarding checks.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered with a recognized degree.
• Up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS).
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a child/education setting.
• Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
• Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
• Experience in providing supervision and support to a therapy team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Essential Criteria

• HCPC registered with a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, or Psychotherapy.
• Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS).
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a child/education setting.
• Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
• Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
• Experience in providing supervision and support to a therapy team.
• Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service.
• Full UK valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 FTE DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Contract: Permanent (Term time only or flexibility around full-time can be discussed)
