Job summary

Outcomes First Group’s The Shires Oakham site seeks a Lead Clinician, Psychotherapist/SALT, to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team and provide a therapy caseload for pupils aged 11–19 with complex needs. You will work with school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to develop assessment and intervention plans, ensuring EHCP targets are met and safeguarding standards are upheld.

This permanent role offers a 37.5-hour week, salary up to £60,000 matching DOE, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requirement: Degree in Psychotherapy (minimum Level 7) or equivalent in SLT.
• HCPC registration or equivalent professional registration.
• Experience in clinical leadership and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite clinical team and manage the therapy caseload.
• Develop bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
• Coordinate line management and service development with SLT and Regional Lead.
• Deliver cross-disciplinary collaboration with education teams.
