Responsibilities

• Leading site operations throughout the full refurbishment programme.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to spec.
• Overseeing health & safety, inductions, RAMS, and site audits.
• Liaising with the client, project manager, and wider delivery team.
• Maintaining progress schedules and reporting on programme performance.
• Ensuring quality control and resolving on-site issues proactively.
