Chopstix Group in Liverpool seeks an Assistant Manager to lead and develop a fast-paced team. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong store performance.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in hospitality/QSR, a customer-first mindset, and a track record of coaching teams to exceed targets. The role offers a hybrid approach with opportunities across our network.

Qualificações

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, leisure or QSR environment.
• A passion for coaching, developing and motivating others to perform at their best.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the team.
• A customer-first mindset, creating great experiences and responding quickly to customer needs.
• Confidence leading shifts and making decisions in a dynamic trading environment.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales, labour, costs and operational performance.
• A keen eye for operational standards, ensuring excellence in food quality, cleanliness and compliance.
• The ability to prioritise, organise and delegate effectively during busy trading periods.
• A hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and supporting the team whenever needed.
• Resilience and adaptability, remaining calm under pressure and quick to shift when priorities change.
• A strong sense of accountability and pride in delivering results.
• A commitment to developing yourself and helping others grow within the business.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage, influence and inspire a diverse team.
