Lifeways is recruiting a Service Manager to oversee supported living services in Blackburn and surrounding areas in the North of England. You will lead a team of support workers and team leaders, ensuring person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You will drive service improvements, quality assurance and staff development, working with families and communities to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.

Formación

• Strong operational and people management experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• A genuine passion for quality care and lead by example.

Responsabilidades

• Support, inspire and develop your team to deliver outstanding care within supported living flats.
• Oversee high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards across services.
• Build strong relationships with to families, teams and communities.
