Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to lead two supported living services in Chesterfield, overseeing 16 people we support, 31 Support Workers, and 3 Team Leaders across Ox Close (S45 9NW) and Hassop Close (S40 4FD). You will drive quality, develop teams and deliver excellent outcomes for the people we support.

You will lead with purpose, foster strong relationships with families and communities, and uphold Lifeways’ values of care, honesty and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it).
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead two supported living services, overseeing 16 people supported, 31 support workers and 3 team leaders across Ox Close and Hassop Close.
• Drive delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.
