Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service department and workshop operations.
• Supervise and support a team of service engineers and fitters.
• Allocate jobs and manage workloads to meet timescales.
• Monitor servicing and repairs to maintain high standards.
• Provide technical support for fault finding and diagnostics.
• Coordinate parts, equipment and resources to minimise downtime.
• Liaise with customers regarding repairs and ongoing issues.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
