Job summary

MRP Global is seeking a skilled Service Designer to lead accessible, user-centred digital services that balance user needs with business objectives. You will drive end-to-end service design and collaborate across researchers, designers, developers and stakeholders.

A proven background in journey mapping, service blueprints and user flows, plus experience designing complex multi-team services, is essential, along with strong stakeholder management and a user-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service design, including journey mapping, service blueprints and user flows.
• CESA experience is essential.
• Experience designing complex, end-to-end services across multiple teams or organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• A user-centred mindset with the ability to translate user needs into practical design solutions.
• Confidence in presenting design concepts, challenging assumptions and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of accessible, user-centred digital services that balance user needs with business objectives.
