Job summary

T3AM Global is recruiting for an experienced Retail Systems & EPOS Implementation Manager to lead a major technology transformation across a North West supermarket group. You will consolidate store systems into a centralised retail management environment and ensure robust data coverage for sales, inventory and procurement.

You will collaborate with management, store teams, suppliers and external tech partners, delivering end-to-end implementation, training and adoption in a hands-on role

Qualifications

• Essential experience implementing EPOS, ERP, inventory management or retail technology systems.
• Experience in supermarkets, grocery retail, multi-site retail or related environment.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, stock control, purchasing and operational processes.
• Proven ability to manage system implementations, integrations or technology transformation projects.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations throughout the North West.

Responsibilities

• Review existing EPOS, stock management, purchasing and reporting systems across multiple supermarket locations.
• Lead the evaluation, selection and implementation of a centralised EPOS, inventory and retail management solution.
• Manage system integrations, data migration, product records, supplier information and reporting requirements.
• Establish centralised visibility of sales, stock levels, purchasing activity, pricing and store performance.
• Coordinate external software providers, implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop standardised system processes, user training and operational procedures across stores.
• Introduce management dashboards, reporting tools and data controls to support better commercial decisions.
