W Talent is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile retail transformation programmes across a national UK portfolio. You will oversee refurbishments, extensions and redevelopments from design through to completion, balancing customer experience with commercial results.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with Retail, Operations and Development teams, and ensure minimal trading disruption while driving value, quality and timely delivery across stores

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering retail fit-out, refurbishment or development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• Commercial mindset with budgeting and value-driving experience.
