Job summary

Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. You’ll report to the GM, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations with a focus on people, profit and quality.

You’ll optimize staffing, training and performance, and foster a safe, inclusive and energetic dining experience, with progression opportunities through Popeyes University and our strong reward structure.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume QSR/fast-casual brand.
• Proven ability to coach, train and develop teams, driving performance.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership and development of future leaders.

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver quality, speed and guest experience
• Support the GM in building and executing winning plans and performance goals
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety and employment laws
• Set the tone, maintain high standards and inspire the team
