Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in a high-volume restaurant. You’ll partner with the GM to drive guest experience, food quality, speed of service and store performance.

You’ll coach and develop teams, manage P&L and costs, schedule labor, and ensure HACCP, health & safety and employment law compliance while building a welcoming, inclusive environment that motivates and retains top talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Assistant GM or Restaurant GM in branded, high-volume restaurant.
• Experience leading teams and hitting sales targets.
• Experience with P&L and cost management.
• Strong people leadership and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations in collaboration with GM to deliver quality and guest experience.
• Support GM to meet performance goals and develop plan.
• Ensure HACCP, health & safety and employment legislation compliance.
