Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD in England is seeking Assistant General Managers to lead from the front in a high-volume Popeyes restaurant. You will be the right hand to the GM, driving exceptional guest experience, speed of service, and consistent quality across all shifts.

You’ll manage a team, hit sales targets, oversee P&L, labour scheduling, stock control and safety compliance, while benefiting from a competitive salary, 10% performance bonus, 30 days holiday and ongoing development through

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading results through teams, coaching and honest conversations.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and development of future leaders.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.
