Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of the restaurant in a fast-paced setting. You will drive performance across sales, labour, and guest experience while upholding brand standards and quality.

You will lead teams, manage the P&L, and develop talent within a supportive Popeyes University learning environment. A dynamic, high-energy culture awaits with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent.
• You can deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for your restaurant’s performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action
