Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading teams, coaching and developing talent.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Be a role model, set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.
• Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent to build a future leadership pipeline.
