Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks a Lead Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for ultra-prime residential projects in South West London. You will own commercial performance from inception to final account, partnering with elite architects and clients.

The role requires UK experience in high-end residential, strong negotiation, and cost control. A degree in QS is preferred, with a track record on bespoke basements and premium finishes.

Qualifications

• UK Quantity Surveyor with proven track record in high-end/super-prime residential sector.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of bespoke construction processes, including basements and high-end finishes/joinery.
• Excellent negotiation and financial control skills; client liaison at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of high-end residential projects (new builds, refurbishments, basements).
• Conduct tender analysis and procure specialist subcontractors/materials.
• Prepare and manage cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and valuations.
• Identify, price, and negotiate variations and final accounts.
• Build relationships with site managers, architects, and clients to maintain quality and budget.
• Ensure rigorous cost control while maintaining exceptional finish and standards.
