Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK high-end residential market.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with bespoke finishes, basements and high-end joinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of high-end residential projects.
• Carry out tender analysis and procurement of specialist subcontractors.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and monthly valuations.
• Identify, price, and negotiate variations and final accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with site managers, architects, and clients.
• Ensure cost control without compromising quality.
