Job summary

Pace Recruitment is working with a highly regarded specialist contractor delivering prestigious residential projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas. They’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Country division, taking responsibility for the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

You will manage costs, forecasting, CVRs, valuations, cash flow and contract administration, while coordinating with Project Managers, Site Teams and

Qualifications

• Experience on substantial prime or high-end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts, cost management and commercial reporting.
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and provide commercial advice.
• Manage costs, forecasting, CVRs, valuations, cash flow and commercial reviews.
• Oversee main contract administration, variations and claims, subcontractor procurement and final accounts.
• Tendering and procurement activities including pre-qualification and package procurement.
