Job summary

Cadent in London Network is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts up to £20m, oversee compensation events, NEC contract administration, and cost assurance across major programmes. You will collaborate with Commercial Managers and Local Delivery Partners, and regularly engage on site.

Qualifications

• A Quantity Surveying degree is essential.
• MRICS qualification desirable or in progress.
• NEC3/NEC4 contract experience.
• Utilities/infrastructure experience highly desirable.
• Experience working client- and contractor-side.
• Strong cost management and reporting skills.
• Analytical challenge and risk awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation events and commercial change.
