• Experience with main or specialist contractors on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage applications for payments and related processes.
• Forecast costs and provide financial reporting and CVR management.
• Prepare and monitor cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Manage change control and variations.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risk.
• Oversee subcontract lifecycle, procurement, and negotiations.
• Provide commercial advice to the project team and monitor budget performance.
• Support dispute avoidance and maintain accurate commercial records.
