Job summary

The Commercial Group in the UK is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for civil engineering projects in London or the Midlands. You will lead a small team across major infrastructure schemes, overseeing cost management and commercial strategies for multi-billion pound programs.

Hybrid work with two days from home, plus a choice of Canary Wharf, Birmingham or Derby offices, supporting a career path within a large infrastructure group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor.
• Geotechnical or ground engineering experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team on major civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of civil infrastructure schemes as MQS.
• Manage a small team of quantity surveyors.
• Deliver cost control, commercial strategies and value management across projects.
