Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or related course is essential.
• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts.
• Manage payments for key suppliers and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and report performance.
