Job summary

Turner Lovell is recruiting a Project Information Manager to lead information management and document control across major energy and infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will ensure smooth information flows between project controls, BIM, and delivery teams, maintain the Master Document Register, and drive governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading information management on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDE and ISO 19650 standards.
• Proven ability to lead document control teams and manage MDRs.
• Experience with document workflows, reviews and deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across delivery teams and leadership.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project and link to programme delivery.
• Experience with information management platforms (Asite/Aconex/SharePoint/ProjectWise).
• Knowledge of major contract frameworks, including FIDIC, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Document Control and Information Management function across the programme.
• Manage the Master Document Register (MDR) as a live coordination tool.
• Coordinate information flows between package managers, engineering, and project controls teams.
• Ensure reviews, approvals, submissions, and workflows meet milestones and contracts.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement of information management across the organisation.
• Collaborate with BIM/digital delivery teams to align CDE workflows with document control.
