Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to join our team in the UK. You will lead CDE implementation, user management, and information standards on major projects, ensuring QA and compliance across the information lifecycle.

You will work with BIM and CDE tools, applying ISO 19650 principles and delivering training to users. This role involves collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive efficient information management.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with document control and information management on major projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDE configuration, permissions, and metadata planning.
• Manage user accounts and security groups for project teams.
• Develop and maintain information standards and project naming conventions.
• Update CDE settings to accommodate new teams and evolving workflows.
• Monitor document workflows for QA and compliance.
• Track progress, report on reviews, and resolve blockers.
• Prepare regular usage and compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Audit file naming, storage, and access controls.
• Act as primary contact for CDE-related queries.
• Provide training sessions and update user guides for staff.
• Deliver advanced training for super users and admins.
