Job summary

Equans is seeking a Business Support Manager (Private Sector) to lead project coordination and office teams across Wath upon Dearne or Leeds. The role focuses on efficient processes, CRM management, and KPI reporting to support surveys, installation and aftercare.

You will manage Project Coordinators, Customer Liaison Officers and Business Administrators, driving continuous improvement in systems and delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• The candidate has proven experience managing teams in the Private Sector Domestic Energy Efficiency Market.
• Experience in Business Support or Office Manager roles with leadership responsibility.
• Familiarity with statutory energy schemes and reporting requirements (PAS 2035, PAS 2030:2023, MCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Coordination and Business Support Teams.
• Ensure processes are embedded and followed across surveys, installation and aftercare.
• Provide resource planning and cross-project leadership.
• Manage CRM and reporting on KPI performance; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leads to shape delivery models for private sector housing.
• Support tender and bid opportunities.
