Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Operations Manager with a technical engineering background to lead Embedded Energy contracts across multiple sites in the UK. You will shape the O&M discipline, drive safety, compliance and performance, and report to the Business Director for Embedded Energy.

You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and build strong client and supplier relationships while delivering high-quality, compliant energy solutions across sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of utility plant, including generation equipment.
• Proven project engineering background and leadership abilities.
• Strong commercial focus with ability to drive profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop an efficient regional organisational structure aligned with business needs.
• Monitor KPIs to improve efficiency, service quality and profitability.
• Drive performance and contractor management to minimise operational costs.
• Ensure high standards of compliance, asset management and maintenance in line with CMMS and contract deliverables.
• Provide clear direction to site teams to ensure data and reports are accurate and stored in a compliant system.
• Drive operational excellence delivering high-quality O&M solutions meeting industry standards.
