Job summary

Impact Energy Partners in Worksop is seeking an Operations Manager to work directly with the business owner and drive day-to-day operations across planning, coordination and project delivery. The role will evolve to managing multiple live electrical projects as the business grows, requiring a hands-on, proactive approach and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Electrical background in construction, building services or related sectors.
• Experience in project coordination, project management or operations management.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Hands-on approach across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational management of the business.
• Assist with planning, coordination and delivery of electrical projects.
• Produce project plans, programmes and schedules.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage project documentation and progress reporting.
• Assist with procurement and resource planning.
• Coordinate labour requirements and project timelines.
• Monitor ongoing works to keep projects on track.
• Attend client and site meetings as required.
• Support commercial and administrative functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Act as the owner’s right-hand as the company grows.
