Job summary

Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a PBS Practitioner to lead the design and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support across our Complex Care and Supported Living teams in Birmingham and the West Midlands.

You will develop PBSPs, collaborate with professionals, deliver staff training, and promote compassionate, person-centred care while ensuring safe, supportive environments for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Experience applying PBS frameworks in real settings.
• Understanding of Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding.
• Proven ability to develop PBSPs and monitor outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of evidence-based behavioural strategies.
• Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, ICBs and social workers.
• Develop PBSPs and review their effectiveness with data.
